• APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) [Obligatory] — 8000.00 EUR • per week • is a fund paid in advance by the Client to cover expenses incurred during the charter, such as fuel, food and beverages, port fees, and other guest-related costs. The captain manages these funds and keeps detailed records of all expenditures. At the end of the charter, a full account is provided. Any unused balance is refunded to the Client, while additional expenses exceeding the APA amount are payable by the Client.

• Hostess [Obligatory] — 260.00 EUR • per day + food
• Skipper [Obligatory] — 280.00 EUR • per day + food
• Flexible booking [Optional] — 7.00% of client price • per booking • gives you the freedom to cancel or rebook your charter up to 30 days before embarkation without providing a reason. The fee is 7% of the final charter price, and you can reschedule your holiday unlimited times at no extra cost or opt for a credit note if your new travel dates are not yet confirmed. If you choose to cancel, refund-related charges are reduced to 15% of the charter fee (minimum €350). The Flex Plan can be added within 72 hours of booking confirmation and is not available for bookings made within 30 days of embarkation.
